Rates & Terms—any room/any season:

| Single Occupancy | $150.00 per person, per night |
Rates include deluxe accommodations in guest room with luxurious décor and private bath, elegant multi-course supper each night, hearty breakfast each morning, full lunch (except on day of arrival and day of departure), and all appropriate beverages. No hard liquor available, but guests may bring their own and we will provide set-ups, etc.
Gratuity completely optional, at guest’s discretion
(if you care to leave gratuity for household staff, please leave with Monica so that she may distribute to all members of staff who made your stay comfortable.)

Deposits & Payments:
- Deposit of approximately half of the total is required to confirm your reservation, payable by check (sorry, we do NOT accept BankCards).
- Balance due on day of departure, payable by check or cash.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or more notice--deposit refunded (minus $10.00 administrative fee)
- 29-14 days notice--50% refund
- 13 days or less notice--NO REFUND

Location:
El Canelo Ranch is located in Kenedy County,Texas, approximately 10 miles north of Raymondville, Texas off of US Highway 77. Detailed directions and instructions are provided when reservation is made.
Please note that the Inn is also the Burdette’s home; thank you for respecting their privacy.

Children & Pet Policies (sorry to lump those together!):
- Most guests of El Canelo Ranch find the quiet and relaxation very soothing. To insure enjoyment of all guests, we welcome families with small children only when other guests are not present.
- Pets allowed ONLY by prior arrangement.
